Oaks distinguishes ministry education and church discipleship from a counseling practice, crisis services, medical care, and specialized professional support.
BestAide Biblical Counseling
The established counseling identity remains the counseling practice pathway during transition. Its operator, disclosures, privacy practices, records, fees, and supervision must remain accurate and separate from general Oaks ministry language.
Specialized or urgent care
Medical, psychiatric, emergency, legal, abuse-response, and other specialized needs require appropriate qualified services. Oaks does not present biblical counseling as a substitute for those responsibilities.
